Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule, it can be done online through the online booking portal, or you can contact Jordan directly at jordan.musestudioreno@gmail.com
Salon Cancellation/ Reschedule Policy: Respectfully request 48 hours' notice. Online booking will NOT allow service adjustments into 48 hours of service. You can contact Jordan directly at (775) 208-9707.. A cancellation fee MAY be required in order to rebook last minute cancels/ reschedules.
-Any no showed appointments without contact will not be welcome back into Muse Studio.
